Kellson Real Estate is offering Limited-listing Service for properties in Arizona, effective 05/10/2010.
Kellson Real Estate’s Limited-listing Service fee (“Kellson Listing Fee”) is $499 plus an agreed upon cooperating brokerage fee (“Coop Fee”) to be paid to a cooperating broker (broker who brings the successful buyer).
We accept the following property types: residential homes, land, lots, apartment buildings, commercial income properties, and commercial lease properties.
Kellson Listing Fee is paid to Kellson Real Estate within 2 business days from Listing Agreement date. Coop Fee is determined by Seller in the Listing Agreement and paid upon successful close of escrow.
