Main Findings:
- History shows home sales in Phoenix metro area declined in Sep, Oct & Nov; however, year 2010 is an exception – sales increased in the 4th quarter.
- Median home price in Phoenix seems to be stabilizing in the 4th quarter of 2010.
- Short sales and REO sales accounted for approximate 20% and 48%, respectively.
- Median price of REO homes is most affordable and REO sales grew fastest in the 4th quarter of 2010
