Buy Arizona properties (home, land, commercial property or apartment building) through Kellson Real Estate and we’ll give you up to 35% of our commission. Property final sales price must be at least $150,000 to qualify for a commission rebate. This rebate program does not apply for IRC §1031 Tax Deferred Exchange. Buyers referred to Kellson Real Estate by a real estate agent do not qualify for this rebate program.
Amount of rebate is based on final sales price:
- 20% Rebate for price range $150,000 – $300,000
- 25% Rebate for price range $300,001 – $999,999
- 35% Rebate for price range $1,000,000 and more
For new built homes, rebate rate is based on base price (not final price).
Details About Our Commission Rebate
Rebate is available only to buyers who close escrow/proceed to final settlement with Kellson Real Estate acting as their sole and exclusive agent in the purchase of real estate. For properties with a final sales price between $150,000 and $300,000, the rebate is twenty percent (twenty-five percent for sales prices between $300,001 and $999,999; thirty-five percent for sales price $1,000,000 more) of the cooperating broker commission actually received by Kellson Real Estate at the close of escrow/settlement for representing the buyer net of any allowances or other deductions by Kellson Real Estate related to the transaction.
This commission rebate program does not apply for properties with a final sales price of $149,999 or less.
Occasionally, the seller and/or listing broker in a transaction will offer the broker representing the buyer a bonus or other additional incentive over and above the cooperating brokerage commission. Any such bonuses or other additional incentives are separate and apart from the cooperating brokerage commission actually received by Kellson Real Estate and buyer is not entitled to a rebate on any bonus or other additional incentive monies paid to Kellson Real Estate over and above the cooperative broker commission.
If a rebate is paid, the rebate will be paid or credited to the party or parties named as the “buyer(s)” or “borrower(s)” on the HUD-1 Closing Statement or equivalent official closing statement.
This rebate program is only available where offered by Kellson Real Estate permitted under state and federal laws and when not otherwise prohibited by the buyer’s lender(s).
